In purchasing this ticket, the purchaser / ticket holder indemnifies Diversity Festival Ltd in respect of any claims, demands, losses or decrees, orders or awards that may be made against Diversity Festival Ltd and or its representative, tutors, instructors, volunteers, employees, directors, shareholders etc. in this regard. The purchaser / ticket holder shall further indemnify Diversity Festival Ltd for all losses, damages and injury caused, resulting from or in any way attribute to any illness, accident, injury of any of the members of Diversity Festival Ltd occasioned by any act or omission of the performers and or Diversity Festival Ltd. All ticket holders must agree to the Diversity Festival Ltd event guidelines and rules posted at http://diversityfestival.ca/Info.html

Your tickets are being purchased from Diversity Festival (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
